The company has advanced production equipment: salt bath quenching, CNC high-frequency profiling quenching to improve material performance, CNC machining center, multi surface composite grinding to ensure dimensional consistency, inner and outer ring grinding connection, automatic assembly connection to improve the stability of the production system. High precision testing instruments: Metallographic microscopes, profilers, length measuring instruments, projectors, Vickers hardness testers, and other instruments directly serve the production site, ensuring the unity of product size, shape, and performance. Various performance testing machines: Run live simulation testing machines, mud testing machines, torque testing machines, rigid testing machines, etc. to test the various performance of bearings, and use the test results to verify and continuously promote the improvement of product quality. |
