| General Introduction | Yibin Paper Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yibin Paper Industry"), formerly known as "China Paper Mill", was founded in 1944. In 1997, Yibin Paper Industry was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600793). On January 8, 2018, Wuliangye Group became the controlling shareholder of Yibin Paper Industry. In September 2012, Yibin Paper Industry began the overall relocation, and the new area is located in Peishi Light Industrial Park, Nanxi District, Yibin City, covering an area of approximately 1000 acres. The total production capacity of pulp and paper in the first phase of the new area project is 550000 tons/year. Our main products include food packaging base paper, household paper base paper, household paper finished paper, and plain paper cups.
