| General Introduction | The predecessor of Yangzhou Yaxing Bus Co., Ltd. was an automobile repair shop established in May 1949 by the Logistics Department of the East China Air Force of the People's Liberation Army in Shanghai. After Weichai Group joined Yaxing in 2011, Yaxing ushered in another significant historical change. Yaxing fully utilizes Weichai's advantages in technology research and development, domestic and foreign market development, and service network, strengthens strategic collaboration with Weichai, and comprehensively enhances the overall competitiveness of Yaxing Bus. Yaxing currently has two production bases in Yangzhou and Xiamen. The Xiamen base covers a total area of 100000 square meters and mainly produces high-tech new energy hybrid buses, pure electric buses, and Euro 5 low emission luxury buses. The products are exported to developed countries such as Europe, America, and Australia. The Yangzhou base was expanded and put into operation in August 2013, with advanced domestic passenger car production lines and product research and development laboratories. Yaxing has sub brands such as "Yaxing", "Fengtai", and "Yangzi", and its products cover various models of environmentally friendly and energy-saving buses ranging from 5 to 18 meters, including long-distance buses, school buses, high-end tourist buses, city buses, group buses, luxury RVs, and special purpose vehicles. All types of passenger cars are not only best-selling domestically, but also exported to North America, Australia, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Russia, the Middle East, Africa, and other places. There are over 500 distribution and after-sales service outlets at home and abroad, ensuring the provision of networked integrated services for users. As a practitioner of the "Chinese Bus Dream", Asia Star bravely shoulders the burden of righting the name of Chinese buses, innovatively proposes the "Star Standard" for buses (Star Power, Star Design, Star Craft, and Star Wisdom), and invests heavily in building the WertStar series of high-end buses, making the center of the world's passenger car market no longer just Europe.
