Sunbird Technology Center - Hunan Modern Yacht Technology Research and Industrial Design Center is a domestic yacht R&D and design platform, with a yacht postdoctoral workstation and a national high-tech enterprise. The company has a total of 169 patents, including 3 invention patents, 66 utility model patents, and 100 design patents. The company's products have won various international and domestic design awards multiple times. In 2010, the company, in collaboration with National Defense University of Science and Technology and Central China University of Science and Technology, successfully developed the technology of "multi hybrid design, multi hybrid materials, and multi hybrid technology" to design and build the 42M "green" luxury twin hull yacht of the Seabird series, once again breaking the world record of a 40M twin hull composite super yacht. In May 2011, the Sunbird Yacht was recognized as a national well-known trademark by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. In August 2011, Sunbird Yacht was awarded the Best Yacht Manufacturer in Asia. In 2012, the Sunbird Yacht once again won the China Innovation Design Red Star Gold Award. Sunbird Yacht is currently a vice president unit of the China Yacht Association, a member unit of the China Shipbuilding Industry Association, a director unit of the China Composite Materials Association, an expert unit of the China Professional Standardization Technical Committee, a deputy director unit of the China Small Boat Standardization Committee, a member unit of the American Yacht Association, a national small boat equipment mobilization center, a national key project undertaking unit for large yachts, and a key enterprise of the National Torch Plan. |
