| General Introduction | Xuchang Far East Transmission Shaft Co., Ltd. was founded in 1953 and was recognized as a professional manufacturer of transmission shafts by the Ministry of Machinery of the People's Republic of China in 1969. In 2004, it was restructured as a limited liability company, and in 2007, it was transformed into a joint stock limited company. It was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on May 18, 2010. Far East Transmission is a domestic enterprise engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of non constant speed transmission shafts. It is a national high-tech enterprise and has been awarded honors such as "China's Leading Enterprise in the Automotive Parts Transmission Shaft Industry", "China's Top 500 Mechanical Enterprises - Top 50 Automotive Parts Enterprises", "Top 100 Automotive Parts Enterprises", "China's Top 50 Listed Companies on the Small and Medium Sized Board", and "Henan Provincial Governor Quality Award". In 2018, it was awarded the "Made in China Meritorious Award" in the "Foundation of a Strong Country - China Automotive Parts Enterprises" selection. Far East Transmission has 1200 sets of production and testing equipment, 162 "U-shaped CNC one flow production lines", and 60 robot production lines, with an annual production capacity of 6 million sets of non constant speed transmission shafts. Our products cover over 8000 varieties of four major series: light, medium, heavy, and construction machinery, widely used in all automobiles and construction machinery except sedans. Road vehicles: from micro buses and light trucks to luxury buses and 300 ton heavy-duty trucks. Non highway vehicles: From desert transport vehicles, exploration vehicles, loaders, 100 ton dump trucks, excavators to seismic vehicles, fire trucks, and 20T-800T cranes, they have a wide range of applications and a wide variety of varieties, making them an industry model. The market share of light trucks is 46%, the market share of heavy truck series products is 45%, and the market share of engineering machinery series products is over 60%, occupying an advantage in industry competition. Far East Transmission is a high-tech enterprise. The company's technology center is a nationally recognized enterprise technology center and Henan Province Automotive Transmission Shaft Engineering Technology Research Center, with over 300 patented technologies, including 21 invention patents. We have the "Henan Province Intelligent Heat Treatment Technology Academician Workstation for Automotive Parts" and the "Henan Province Digital Manufacturing Technology Research and Development Team for Automotive Transmission Shafts" jointly established with Academician Pan Jiansheng of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. We have successively developed and put into production the special heavy-duty truck transmission shafts 12.5C and 720 series, breaking foreign monopolies and meeting the special needs of China's economic and national defense construction. Far East Transmission has established 46 marketing service regions and branches nationwide, supporting nearly a hundred host manufacturers and becoming a supplier to many of their customers. It has BAIC Group, North Mercedes Benz, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck, Dongfeng Liuqi, SAIC General Motors Wuling, Jianghuai Automobile, Dayun Automobile, Anhui Hualing, Jiangxi Jiangling, Chang'an Automobile, Great Wall Motors, Zhengzhou Nissan, Yutong Group, Xuzhou Heavy Duty, Guangxi Liugong, Shandong Lingong A large number of well-known customers, including Sany Group, Zoomlion Heavy Industries, Sanjiang Aerospace, and Tai'an Aerospace. Has been rated as one of the top 100 automotive parts suppliers in China for many consecutive years. In order to implement the marketing concept of "zero time, zero distance, and zero inventory", quickly respond to customer requirements, provide comprehensive and high-quality services, and consolidate the company's position as a first-class supplier, Far East Transmission actively promotes the strategy of "lean production with zero distance, and automobile bases with branch factories". It has established ten wholly-owned subsidiaries in major main engine production bases across the country, supporting more than 95% of automobile and engineering machinery factories nationwide.
