On July 17, 2012, Xilinmen successfully went public on the A-share market, becoming the first listed company in the Chinese mattress industry. Since 2016, Xilinmen has made lean manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing upgrading its core strategy, and established an intelligent manufacturing center in early 2018, responsible for researching and developing industry-leading manufacturing control technologies. It is the first to convert research results into the intelligent transformation of old equipment/production lines and the layout of new equipment/production lines, Based on our self-developed SCADA system with fully independent intellectual property rights, we have built an industrial IoT system based on 5G. At present, the enterprise has won honors such as "National High tech Enterprise", "National Demonstration Academician Workstation", "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise", "Zhejiang Key Enterprise Research Institute", "Zhejiang Three Famous Enterprises", and "Zhejiang Enterprise Technical Standard Innovation Base". It is the main drafting unit for the national light industry standards QB/T2603-2013 "Wooden Hotel Furniture" and QB/T1952.2-2011 "Soft Furniture Spring Soft Mattresses". As of February 15, 2022, Xilinmen holds a total of 812 globally valid patents. |
