| General Introduction | Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) was founded in 1960 and was completed and put into operation in 1964. We have two listed companies, Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Beijing Shuanglu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and multiple subsidiaries, including Xinxiang Bailu Fine Textile Technology Co., Ltd. We also have five research and development platforms, including Bailu New Materials Research Institute, Postdoctoral Research Workstation, and Henan Chemical Fiber Engineering Technology Research Center. The important subsidiary of the group company, Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinxiang Chemical Fiber), is a large enterprise in China that produces textile raw materials. Its leading products include two major series: "Bailu" brand regenerated cellulose filament and spandex. The company's products are not only recognized by domestic customers, but also exported overseas, with partners in more than 30 countries and regions, including Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Türkiye and India. In recent years, Xinxiang Chemical Fiber has successfully developed functionalized and differentiated regenerated cellulose fibers such as photochromic fibers, temperature sensitive fibers, intelligent temperature regulating fibers, ultra strong and efficient antibacterial fibers, anti mite and antibacterial fibers, and differentiated spandex fibers. The company has successively passed ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, FSC certification, RCS certification, AEO customs advanced certification, STANDARD100byOEKO-TEX ecological textile first level (for infants and young children under three years old) certification, STePbyOEKO-TEX sustainable production highest level LEVEL3 certification, and has the MADEINGREEN label. Completed the CanopyStyle audit and obtained the 'Green Shirt'.
