| General Introduction | Xinling Electric Co., Ltd. - a professional manufacturer of industrial control components, is a non regional joint-stock enterprise that integrates scientific research, development, production, and sales. The company relies on sufficient technical foundation, production experience, and rapid market response ability to create three self owned brands: "Xinling", "Xinda", and "Leidun". Its business involves a product system of over ten thousand varieties and specifications in six categories, including relays, distribution control, electrical transmission and control, instruments and meters, sensors, and switches. Its application fields cover industries such as mechanical manufacturing, real estate, home appliances, fire protection, power, and communication. At present, a comprehensive sales channel has been established nationwide, forming a business pattern of self owned brand+ODM bidirectional drive, and successfully becoming a major low-voltage electrical appliance production enterprise in China. The development process of Xinling can be traced back to the late 1970s, when Xinling relay products were introduced in 1979. In 1991, the "Xinling" brand emerged with the establishment of Xinling Relay Factory. In 1993, Xinling was the first in the industry to obtain a national production license, laying a solid foundation for its rapid development. In 1999, the Xinling product line began to expand and was successfully restructured to establish a more standardized Zhejiang Xinling Electric Co., Ltd., which was then promoted to a regional limited liability company. Since 2009, the company has been continuously rated as a national high-tech enterprise and has received multiple honors such as "Famous Trade Name in Zhejiang Province", "Patent Demonstration Enterprise in Zhejiang Province", "Zhejiang Green Enterprise", "Zhejiang Provincial High tech Enterprise Research and Development Center", "AA level contract abiding and trustworthy enterprise in Zhejiang Province", "Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Research Institute", and "Wenzhou Machine Replacement Demonstration Enterprise". We have been the first to pass ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 certifications, and have obtained multiple international certifications such as CCC, CE, UL, T ü V. The company has a CNAS nationally recognized laboratory, with over 300 authorized patents and nearly 100 software copyrights; As a member unit of the "Zhejiang Provincial Low Voltage Electrical Equipment Standard Edition Technical Committee", I have participated in the compilation of JJF1282-2011 "Electronic Time Relay Calibration Specification" and T/ZZB0960-2019 "Time Control Switch". As the main drafting unit, I have also participated in CQC1127-2017 "Electronic Controller Certification Technical Specification for Automatic Transfer Switching Electrical Appliances", T/ZZB1576-2020 "Time Relay", T/ZZB1630-2020 "Automatic Transfer Switching Electrical Appliances" Preparation work for "Inductive Proximity Switch" (completed, to be released).
