The company is located at the foot of Tomur Peak at the southern foot of Tianshan Mountains, on the northern edge of the upper reaches of the Tarim River. The company has established a gas business unit and an energy and chemical business unit, with the gas business unit located in Aksu, Xinjiang, responsible for the operation of existing urban gas business and the expansion of new business; The Energy and Chemical Business Unit is jointly located with Shanghai Yuanhan Energy Technology Co., Ltd., responsible for the development of energy and chemical business and potential mergers and acquisitions integration. The parent company has 4 holding subsidiaries, namely Shanghai Yuanhan Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Gansu Haoyuan Natural Gas Co., Ltd., Karamay Haoyuan Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Qiuzi Haoyuan Natural Gas Pipeline Transmission and Distribution Co., Ltd., 5 branches under the parent company, 11 departments within the company headquarters, and more than 550 employees by the end of 2019. The company mainly engages in natural gas transmission and distribution, sales, and home installation business. Currently, its business covers Aksu City, Wushi County, Awati County, Aksu Textile Industrial City Development Zone, Aksu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Aheqi County in Kezhou, Bachu County in Kashgar Prefecture, and some regions of Gansu Province. The company has the franchise rights for urban pipeline gas and relevant qualifications for operating natural gas sales business. The Tarim Basin, where the company is located, is rich in oil and gas resources. The total amount of proven natural gas resources has reached 10 trillion cubic meters, which is the source area of China's "West East Gas Transmission Project". The main gas source of the company comes from the Yingmaili Gas Field of PetroChina Tarim Oilfield Branch. In 2014, it successfully connected the pipeline of the South Xinjiang Natural Gas Beneficial Project (Ring Tower Pipeline), providing the company with a second gas source. At present, the company has formed two complementary gas source models, providing stable supply support for serving local users. As of the end of 2019, the parent company had 148 kilometers of natural gas long-distance pipelines; 389.03 kilometers of urban high and medium pressure municipal pipelines, of which 9.03 kilometers were newly laid within the year; 8 CNG tractors and 15 tank trucks. 21 stations have been built and operated, including 4 gate/mother/gas station three in one stations, 5 gate/gas station two in one stations, and 1 mother/gas station two in one station; There are 11 single refueling stations, which basically meet the regional market demand and layout. We have 171500 households using natural gas for residents and over 2600 public service users. Gansu Haoyuan currently has 1 CNG refueling mother station, 5 CNG refueling sub stations, and 5 CNG transportation vehicles.
