| General Introduction | Wuhan Sanzhen Industrial Holdings Co., Ltd. (securities code: 600168, hereinafter referred to as Wuhan Holdings) was exclusively initiated by Wuhan Water Group Co., Ltd. It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1998 and is one of the earliest water listed companies in China. In recent years, the company has absorbed and merged Wuhan Urban Drainage Development Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Water Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. through major asset restructuring and asset acquisition. Through participating in open market bidding, the company has successfully won the BOT project of Yidu Chengxi Sewage Treatment Plant Phase I, Xiantao Township Sewage Treatment PPP project, Dongxihu Sewage Treatment Plant Phase I BOT project The PPP project for township sewage treatment facilities in Huangmei County and the Phase II PPP project for comprehensive river water environment management at Huangxiaohe Airport have formed business segments such as sewage treatment, tap water production, tunnel construction and operation, and engineering construction. At present, the company has 12 wholly-owned, holding, and participating subsidiaries, including drainage companies, engineering companies, Yangtze River Tunnel companies, and Wuhan Water Environment Technology Co., Ltd., as well as two water plants, Zongguan and Baihezui. As of the end of 2021, the company has a design capacity of 1.3 million tons/day for tap water production and 3.1843 million tons/day for sewage treatment (including a commissioned operation scale of 8500 tons/day). Among them, the sewage treatment business in Wuhan has a production capacity of 3.11 million tons/day, and the sewage treatment business outside Wuhan has a production capacity of 74300 tons/day (including a commissioned operation scale of 8500 tons/day). It has a sewage collection pipeline network of 204.1 kilometers and 27 sewage lift pumping stations. The company will continue to deepen its efforts in water environmental protection, water environmental governance, and engineering construction markets in the future, accelerate the comprehensive and efficient integration of engineering construction business with the company's original business sectors, and accelerate the improvement of the company's comprehensive competitiveness in investment, construction, operation, and service in the water environmental protection industry.
