| General Introduction | Jiangxi Woge Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was established in December 2009 and listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in April 2018 (stock code: 603773). The initial main business of the company was the precision processing of FPD liquid crystal display panels, and the products were mainly used in the intelligent display industry. Since its listing in 2018, the company has embarked on a productization transformation strategy. Based on the company's industry-leading core material development processes such as glass based copper plating metallization process, TGV massive through-holes, and CPI/PI film materials, the company has expanded its main business from traditional glass precision processing to the new generation of semi conductor displays (Mini/MicroLED backlight/direct display), semiconductor packaging, CPI/PI film materials, and other product fields, aiming to build the company into a new material technology oriented enterprise. In 2020, the company established a South China R&D and production base in Songshan Lake, Dongguan. In 2021, the company further promoted the integration of the company's MLED display industry chain by acquiring three high-quality upstream and downstream enterprises in the display module field. In 2022, two companies, Hubei Huichen and Hubei Tongge Micro, were established in Tianmen, Hubei to expand the existing production capacity of display modules and chip packaging carriers. It is expected to achieve the first phase of mass production in the second half of 2023. As of now, the company has more than 10 subsidiary companies located in Beijing, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hong Kong, and other places, involving a total of 9 business modules. It has achieved comprehensive solutions for glass based MLED display module products from upstream raw materials to midstream manufacturing and downstream applications.
