| General Introduction | Kaisheng New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was founded by China Luoyang Float Glass Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Luoyang Glass Group Company) and registered on April 6, 1994. The predecessor of Luobo Group Company was the Luoyang Glass Factory established in 1956, which was one of the 156 national key projects built during China's "First Five Year Plan" period. The first domestic float glass production line was born here in 1971. In 1981, the float glass process was named "Luoyang Float Glass" by the Chinese Science and Technology Commission, and together with the Pilkington Float in the UK and the Pittsburgh Float in the United States, it is known as the world's three largest float glass processes. On July 8, 1994, our H-shares were listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and on October 31, 1995, our A-shares were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. In April 2007, China Building Materials Group became the actual controller of the company; On February 16, 2023, the company completed the announcement of the renaming matter and the registration procedures for industrial and commercial changes, and was officially renamed from Luoyang Glass Co., Ltd. to Kaisheng New Energy Co., Ltd. Our company currently has seven production bases and three custody companies, with an asset scale of nearly 10 billion yuan and an annual revenue of over 5 billion yuan. The production bases are distributed in six provinces and seven cities in Anhui, Jiangsu, Hebei, Sichuan, Fujian, and Henan, including China National Building Materials (Hefei) New Energy Co., Ltd., China National Building Materials (Tongcheng New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., China National Building Materials (Yixing) New Energy Co., Ltd., Qinhuangdao North Glass Co., Ltd., Kaisheng (Zigong) New Energy Co., Ltd., Kaisheng (Zhangzhou) New Energy Co., Ltd., and China National Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Co., Ltd. There are three custody companies, namely Kaisheng Glass Holdings Co., Ltd., Anhui Shengshi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Guangnian New Materials Co., Ltd. Our company is a production enterprise of new energy glass, mainly engaged in the production and sales of new energy glass and other glass materials, as well as technical services. It plays an important role in the production technology of ultra-thin photovoltaic glass. The company has the ability to produce 1.4-6mm new energy glass and other special glass in bulk. Our company has successively won the "National Float Glass Quality Award - Silver Award", "Gold Invention Award", "Chi Ming Trademark", and "National Science and Technology Progress First Prize". |
