| General Introduction | Sichuan Guang'an Aizhong Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aizhong Co., Ltd.") was established in October 2002 with a registered capital of 1.232 billion yuan. It is a state-owned public utility listed company (stock code 600979. SH) approved by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and restructured from the original Sichuan Qujiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. Our main business includes hydroelectric power generation, power supply, natural gas supply, drinking water, water and electrical instrument calibration, installation, commissioning, new energy development, and equity investment. Since its establishment, it has actively utilized its five major advantages in "capital operation, industrial investment, basic market, industrial chain integration, and talent cultivation", based on pillar industries such as power production and sales, urban gas, and urban water, and fully utilized the resources and functions of the capital platform to continuously promote the high-quality development of the company. As of the end of the first quarter of 2021, the company has total assets of 9.193 billion yuan, net assets of 4.241 billion yuan, and over 2500 employees. The company has three business departments under its jurisdiction, namely Water and Electricity, and has 54 wholly-owned, controlling, and participating companies and branches. Its business covers Guang'an, Nanchong, Mianyang, Sichuan, Dehong, Zhaotong, Xinjiang, and other regions in Yunnan. We have 10 water plants, 15 gas storage and distribution stations, 4 CNG refueling stations, 11 110kV substations, 21 35kV substations, and 12 hydropower stations. The installed capacity of hydropower stations is 436400 kilowatts, with an annual power generation capacity of 1.75 billion kilowatt hours. The maximum load capacity of the power grid is 646000 kilowatts, with an annual water supply capacity of 111 million cubic meters and an annual gas supply capacity of 530 million cubic meters. We directly serve more than 2 million water, electricity, and gas customers. After more than 10 years of development, the company has become one of the few utility comprehensive operation service providers in China that integrates water and electricity. It is an AA enterprise favored by financial capital, the only main board listed company in Guang'an City, one of the top 100 public utility enterprises in Sichuan Province, and a vice chairman unit of the Sichuan Chamber of Commerce.
