| General Introduction | The predecessor of Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. was Yantai Machinery Factory, which was established in 1952. In 1966, Yantai Machinery Factory was relocated to Jining City and renamed as Jining Machinery Factory; In 1980, Jining Machinery Factory, Jining General Machinery Factory, and Jining Power Machinery Factory merged to form Shandong Bulldozer General Factory. Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in January 1997 (referred to as "Shantui Co., Ltd." with code 000680). It is a state-owned joint-stock listed company and a subsidiary of Shandong Heavy Industry Group. Headquartered in Jining City, Shandong Province, it covers a total area of over 2700 acres. Our products cover more than ten types of main machine products, including bulldozer series, road machinery series, concrete machinery series, loader series, excavator series, and engineering machinery accessories such as chassis components, transmission components, and structural components. The current annual production capacity has reached 10000 bulldozers, 6000 road machinery, 500 concrete mixing plants, 150000 track assemblies, 1 million engineering machinery "four wheels", 80000 sets of hydraulic torque converters, and 20000 sets of transmissions. The production and sales of bulldozers continue to lead globally, ranking first in China for 18 consecutive years. It is one of the top 50 global construction machinery manufacturers and one of the top 500 in China's manufacturing industry. Shantui has a sound sales system and a comprehensive marketing service network, and its products are exported to more than 160 countries and regions overseas. There are 27 marketing areas, over 80 specialized stores, and over 360 marketing service outlets established nationwide. We have developed over 100 agents and distributors overseas, and have established more than ten overseas branches in South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, the United States, and other places.
