| General Introduction | The predecessor of Shanghai Fudan Fuhua Technology Co., Ltd. was the Fudan University Technology Development Company founded in 1984. The company was restructured in June 1992 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in January 1993. It is the first university listed company in China (securities code: 600624).
