| General Introduction | Shanghai Beiling Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Beiling" or "Company") was established in 1988 and is the first Sino foreign joint venture in the domestic integrated circuit industry. The company focuses on integrated circuit chip design and product application development, and is one of the main suppliers of integrated circuit products in China. The company focuses on developing two major product segments: consumer and industrial control. Currently, the integrated circuit product business is divided into five major product areas: power management, intelligent measurement and SoC, nonvolatile memory, power devices, and data converter chips. The main target market is various industrial and consumer electronic products such as electricity meters, handheld computers, LCD TVs, flat panel displays, and set-top boxes.
