| General Introduction | Shanghai Dataport Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and is a state-owned data center enterprise invested and controlled by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jing'an District, Shanghai. After seven years of rapid development, Dataport successfully landed on the A-share main board market on February 8, 2017, becoming one of the few data center enterprises in China to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's main board through IPO. In 2017, on the occasion of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the China Securities Regulatory Commission organized a "100 Listed Companies Tour" promotional and reporting activity. The listing and issuance departments of the China Securities Regulatory Commission jointly selected 107 high-quality listed companies to showcase as important achievements in the development of the capital market since the 18th National Congress. Dataport, with its industry-leading position and standardized corporate governance, has been recognized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and is fortunate to be included in the promotional list of 100 outstanding listed companies. After years of development, Dataport has reached international advanced level in the field of cloud computing data center technology. Nowadays, the company's core technical indicators for multiple cloud computing data centers can rival global cloud computing industry giants such as Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. In December 2012, Dataport won two international awards, DatacenterDynamics, known as the "Oscar" in the international data center industry, marking the recognition of Dataport's professional and technical level by the international industry. In January 2012, with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress, the Shanghai Dataport Cloud Computing Service Platform project was included in the "2012 Shanghai Municipal Government Major Project". At the same time, Dataport has designed, invested, and operated large-scale clean energy data centers in Asia, setting a successful example for the international green cloud computing infrastructure industry. In 2017, Dataport won the Industry National Science and Technology Award "Data Center Technology Award - Science and Technology Excellence Award (Energy Efficiency)", once again proving that Dataport ranks among the top in the industry in terms of core technology indicators in data centers. |
