| General Introduction | Shaanxi Meineng Clean Energy Group Co., Ltd. is an innovative and dynamic professional gas operation enterprise, and an executive director unit of the Shaanxi Urban Gas Heating Association. In December 2015, the company was restructured from the original Shaanxi Meineng Gas Co., Ltd. into a joint-stock enterprise. The headquarters of the enterprise is located in the ancient city of Xi'an, mainly engaged in investment in urban gas, compressed natural gas refueling stations, liquefied natural gas production plants and refueling stations, coal to natural gas production plants, and gas transmission pipelines; Consulting, training, and management in the gas industry. The company has been investing in the gas industry since 2002. Currently, it has invested, constructed, and operated urban natural gas supply projects in Fengxiang, Shenmu, and Hancheng in Shaanxi Province, as well as multiple CNG (LNG) refueling stations, refueling mother stations, and other projects. At the same time, together with China Petroleum Coalbed Methane Co., Ltd. and Weinan City Investment Group Co., Ltd., China Petroleum Weinan Coalbed Gas Pipeline Co., Ltd. was established, and a 191.60 kilometer Han (Hancheng) Wei (Weinan) Xi (Xi'an) Coalbed Methane long-distance pipeline project was constructed, with an annual gas transmission capacity of 1.951 billion cubic meters, further enriching and extending the company's gas management industry chain. The company also invested in Hancheng Pufa Rural Bank, forming a group enterprise with five wholly-owned subsidiaries and two participating companies as of now. Keeping up with the times and opening up the future, Meineng Gas will focus on the natural gas industry chain, based in Shaanxi and facing the whole country, with asset management as the core, and fully invest in the field of natural gas applications. By means of investment, holding, and equity participation, Meineng Gas will achieve large-scale expansion and high-speed development, create good social and economic benefits, and strive to build Meineng Gas into a first-class gas enterprise with significant influence. |
