| General Introduction | Shaanxi Natural Gas Co., Ltd. is a state-owned listed enterprise controlled by Shaanxi Gas Group, with the construction and operation of natural gas long-distance pipeline networks as the core, and integrating downstream distribution business. It is mainly responsible for the planning, construction, operation management of natural gas pipeline networks in Shaanxi Province, as well as downstream gas transmission, distribution, and sales. The predecessor of the company was the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Pipeline Preparation Office approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Government in December 1991. In November 2005, it was renamed Shaanxi Natural Gas Co., Ltd. through shareholding reform. On August 13, 2008, the company's stock was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with the stock name "Shaanxi Natural Gas" and stock code 002267. The company adheres to the responsibility of benefiting people with gas, relying on the abundant natural gas resources in Shaanxi. After thirty years of unremitting efforts and significant development, it has obtained 12 upstream resource unit gas supply points, forming a multi resource supply pattern distributed in northern, central, and southern Shaanxi. The first, second, and third natural gas pipelines from Jingbian to Xi'an, Xianyang to Baoji, Xi'an to Weinan, Baoji to Hanzhong, and Guanzhong Ring Road have been completed and put into operation, with a total mileage of about 3833 kilometers. The pipeline network facilities cover 11 cities (districts) in the province, with an annual gas transmission capacity of 16.5 billion cubic meters. This has achieved dual supply in most areas of the province and the operation of the Guanzhong regional ring network, forming a vertical north-south connection between Shaanxi and extending the east and west wings of Guanzhong The green resource transmission and distribution network of the province is a high-quality provincial large-scale comprehensive natural gas supplier. The company adheres to placing equal emphasis on economic and social effects, fully leveraging its advantages, and conscientiously fulfilling its social responsibilities.
