| General Introduction | Sanbo Brain Hospital Management Group Co., Ltd. The "Sanbo" brand was founded in 2003 by renowned domestic neurology experts Luan Guoming, Yu Chunjiang, Shi Xiangen, and senior medical management experts Zhang Yang. As the first tertiary neurosurgery hospital in Yunnan Province, Kunming Sanbo has carried out multiple typical diagnostic and treatment technologies, greatly promoting the development of neurosurgery in Yunnan Province. In December 2014, Chongqing Chang'an Hospital and Chongqing Jiangling Hospital were restructured into Chongqing Sanbo Chang'an and Chongqing Sanbo Jiangling. In September 2021, it was approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and submitted to the Municipal Committee for review. In December of the same year, Sanbo Group submitted its IPO registration to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In the future, the Sanbo Brain Hospital Management Group will build the first medical university Sanbo into a national high-level neuromedicine center, and other hospitals will build regional medical centers with neuromedicine as their characteristics, with Beijing as the center and a national chain operation development model.
