| General Introduction | Sichuan Lutianhua Co., Ltd. is located in Naxi District, Luzhou City, on the banks of the Yongning River on the Yangtze River. Its predecessor was the Luzhou Natural Gas Chemical Plant, founded in November 1959. It was the first enterprise in China to use Western technology to produce synthetic ammonia and urea using natural gas as raw material. It has created "six firsts" in the development history of global chemical industry and Chinese chemical industry, and is known as the "cradle of modern urea industry" in China. On June 3, 1999, the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's A-share issuance (code 000912). At present, the company has 6 subsidiaries including Ningxia Hening Chemical Co., Ltd. and Jiuhe Co., Ltd., and shares in 8 enterprise units including Zhonglan Guosu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. For over sixty years, the company has been developing and growing through construction. We have a relatively complete industrial chain with an annual production capacity of over 4 million tons of chemical products, including 1 million tons of synthetic ammonia, 1.47 million tons of urea, 700000 tons of methanol, 100000 tons of dimethyl ether, 192000 tons of nitric acid, 135000 tons of ammonium nitrate, 50000 tons of oil and fat chemicals, 800000 tons of composite fertilizer, and 100000 tons of diesel vehicle exhaust treatment liquid. Our industrial bases span four provinces, cities, and autonomous regions including Sichuan, Ningxia, Guangxi, and Chongqing.
