| General Introduction | Rongsheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, adjacent to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport and China Light Textile City. It is one of the leading enterprises in the petrochemical and chemical fiber industry in China. The company is mainly engaged in the production and sales of petrochemical and chemical fiber related products, and has laid out a complete industrial chain from refining, aromatics, olefins to downstream refined terephthalic acid (PTA), MEG, polyester (PET, including bottle chips and films), and polyester filament (POY, FDY, DTY). The company adheres to the implementation of the "vertical and horizontal" two-way development strategy. Continuously extending upstream to expand the industrial chain vertically, and continuously developing new chemical fiber products horizontally to improve differentiation rate. Through strong alliances, the company has deployed PTA industries in Ningbo, Dalian, and Hainan, becoming one of the world's largest PTA manufacturers. The Sinopec aromatics project completed in 2015 has a scale of 2 million tons. At present, the company is building a 40 million ton/year integrated refining and chemical project at the Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base. Rongsheng is one of the earliest enterprises in China to engage in polyester direct spinning projects. Currently, the production scale, raw material consumption, and product quality of Rongsheng polyester and spinning and texturing supporting projects are among the forefront of domestic peers, and the comprehensive energy consumption is at the advanced level of the industry. Among the newly built differentiated projects, For the first time in China, Germany has introduced high-end industrial automation spinning equipment with fully automatic integration functions such as winding, automatic wire dropping, transportation, detection, intermediate three-dimensional storage, and packaging, representing the international advanced level. The company adheres to quality building, and its core chemical fiber products have passed the "Made in Zhejiang" certification. The company's products have also passed ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, Oeko TexStandard100 certification, and carbon footprint certification. Rongsheng actively builds various research and development platforms, establishing high-tech research and development centers, academician and expert workstations, enterprise technology centers, and postdoctoral research workstations.
