| General Introduction | Qingdao Guanzhong Ecological Co., Ltd. was established in 2000, mainly engaged in ecological restoration, including vegetation restoration, soil and water conservation, sand prevention and control, soil restoration, water environment management and other natural environment restoration work. After years of technological research and innovation, as well as accumulation of business practice and application, Guanzhong Ecology has become a leader in vegetation restoration technology in China. The technology application can cover areas such as ecological management, soil and water conservation, sand prevention and control, soil restoration, water environment management, etc. under harsh site conditions such as mines, tailings dams, garbage dumps, abandoned land, sea and river banks (dams), tropical artificial islands and reefs. As of the end of 2021, Guanzhong Ecology has edited or participated in the compilation of 3 standards, undertaken more than 70 national, provincial, and municipal research projects, won 8 provincial (ministerial) and municipal science and technology awards, and has authorized and accepted 50 patents, including 37 invention patents, 13 utility models, and 7 registered software copyrights. In 2015, it became the first enterprise in Qingdao to pass the GB/T29490-2013 intellectual property management system certification. In the past 21 years, Guanzhong Ecology has completed over 400 ecological restoration projects in over 70 cities in 31 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions of China. These projects cover all five climate types in China, especially in the difficult plateau and high mountain climates, arid and rainy temperate continental climate areas, achieving good restoration results. They have made positive contributions to the technological progress of the domestic ecological restoration industry and the construction of China's ecological civilization, especially the achievement of carbon neutrality goals. On February 25, 2021, Guanzhong Ecology was listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange of China (stock code 300948), marking a new stage of development for the company.
