The actual controller of the company is the Kaifeng Municipal People's Government. GQY Video was founded in 1992, with its headquarters in both Kaifeng and Shanghai. It is the research and development, production, and manufacturer of the first visualization information platform in China - the large screen splicing display system. The company's production base is located in the Hangzhou Bay Science and Technology Park in Ningbo City and the conventional and fully inverted MiniLED production line in Dongguan, Guangdong. It has R&D technology centers such as large screen video, augmented reality, and high-definition visualization systems, covering a total area of over 200000 square meters. It is a postdoctoral research workstation unit, a national high-tech enterprise, a project enterprise of the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and a project implementation enterprise of the National Torch Plan. In April 2010, GQY Video was listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with stock code 300076. After nearly thirty years of continuous development, GQY Video has developed various core technologies for image processing and splicing display, as well as forward-looking technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and deep learning. It provides professional segmented products and high-definition visualization information system solutions for customers in industries such as the public security and military, rail transit, petroleum and petrochemical, finance, power, and communication. A total of over 10000 domestic and foreign projects have been completed, successfully applied to national high-speed rail, North Sea Fleet Key projects such as CCTV Spring Festival Gala, Beijing Olympics, Shanghai World Expo, National Deep Sea Base, Palace Museum, State Grid, and Shanghai Commercial Aircraft. GQY Video is a witness, practitioner, and promoter of professional video digitization, networking, and intelligence in China. In 2015, the company laid out a deep integration of augmented reality technology AR and its main business, customizing and developing AR applications and technical solutions for industry users, such as urban emergency linkage, counter-terrorism training, intelligent logistics, urban planning, remote maintenance, medical health, basic education, and other AR application solutions, providing more natural human-machine interaction methods and human-like intelligent interaction service capabilities. Deeply expand industry applications, deeply tap into potential customer needs, and build an AR+professional video ecosystem system. In June 2019, the actual controller of the company was changed to the People's Government of Kaifeng City. With the support of resources from the Kaifeng City Government and controlling shareholders, the company focused on professional video products and built a comprehensive video product integrator, integrating and cultivating major industry customers. GQY Video has passed the ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 quality, environmental, and safety three system certifications. Multiple product series have obtained CMMI3 certification in the United States, CE certification in the European Union, and ROHS certification in the European Union. As of now, GQY Video has granted and applied for a total of 97 patents, 77 computer software copyrights, including 61 national invention patents.
