Commercial real estate owns the unified property rights of Tianyi Square with a construction area of 220000 square meters. In addition to the commercial leasing business of Tianyi Square, it also operates two main stores, namely the International Shopping Center and GUGO Cool Shopping Mall, and manages the projects of Heyi Avenue Shopping Center and Yuehu Shengyuan.
