| General Introduction | The predecessor of Ningbo Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was Ningbo Construction Engineering Company, established in July 1951, with a development history of nearly 70 years. In December 2001, the company took the lead in completing the state-owned enterprise restructuring among similar state-owned construction enterprises in Zhejiang Province. On October 15, 2019, Ningbo Jiaotou became the largest shareholder of Ningbo Construction Engineering, and the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Ningbo City became the actual controller of Ningbo Construction Engineering. |
