| General Introduction | Minfeng Special Paper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Minfeng) is located in Jiaxing City, Hangjiahu Plain, northern Zhejiang. The predecessor of Minfeng, "Hefeng Paper Company," was founded in 1923 by Mr. Chu Fucheng, a famous patriotic figure from Jiaxing. She is one of the earliest ethnic papermaking enterprises in China. In 1930, the Hefeng Paper Company was reorganized, with industrial capitalist Zhu Meixian taking over and renaming it as "Minfeng Paper Co., Ltd. Registered in Shanghai, and registered the "Ship" brand product trademark in the same year. The trademark is still in use today. The company's initial products were mainly white cardboard, gray cardboard, and yellow cardboard. Since the reform and opening up, Minfeng has been focusing on improving economic efficiency and actively promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises. New achievements have been made in production, operation, and various work, with steady improvement in output and quality, and significant growth in economic efficiency. In 1992, Minfeng fully implemented the overall plan of transforming its business mechanism and deepening reform, gradually establishing a system of "one factory, multiple systems, layered management; one industry as the main business, and multiple operations". In August of the same year, the Zhejiang Provincial Planning Commission approved the establishment of Minfeng Group. In 1997, Minfeng Group continued to improve and streamline its internal management mechanism in accordance with the requirements of establishing a modern enterprise system, and established the "Leading Group for Shareholding Restructuring". In September 1998, the People's Government of Zhejiang Province issued a document approving the establishment of Minfeng Special Paper Co., Ltd. In November, Minfeng Special Paper Co., Ltd. held a founding meeting and announced the official establishment of the joint-stock company. In April 2000, the China Securities Regulatory Commission officially approved the issuance of 52 million social public shares (A-shares) by Minfeng Special Paper Co., Ltd. in accordance with the "Notice on Approval of Minfeng Special Paper Co., Ltd.'s Public Offering of Stocks" (Zheng Jian Fa Fa Zi (2000) No. 49). On June 15th, the stock of "Minfeng Special Paper" was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The stock code is 600235. At that time, "Minfeng Special Paper" was the first special paper manufacturing enterprise in China to be listed and traded on the Chinese securities market. Focusing on building a world-class special paper manufacturing enterprise is the persistent pursuit of Minfeng Special Paper. Since the successful creation of domestic cigarette paper, Minfeng has successively developed over 150 new varieties through trial production. Various varieties are widely used in industries and fields such as agriculture, healthcare, culture, printing, food, packaging, and decoration, including national defense industry and cigarette industry. In the past 10 years, Minfeng Special Paper has successfully developed 20 new varieties and applied more than 30 new technologies to related products. 17 patents have been applied for, of which 8 have been authorized. Minfeng Special Paper has participated in or presided over the development of over 20 national or industry standards. At present, the main products of Minfeng Te Paper "Ship" brand include: cigarette paper, tracing paper, Grassin paper, vacuum aluminized base paper, and thermal sublimation digital transfer paper. Among them, there are varieties of cigarette paper that have been developed and produced in recent years, such as blended, low side flow, fast burning, straight rib, anti-counterfeiting, coke reduction and harm reduction, selective harm reduction, etc., which have been successfully applied to domestic famous cigarette enterprises, as well as some international Fortune 500 enterprises and international tobacco giants; There are various types of tracing paper developed and produced in recent years, including high weight, multi weight, and special white tracing paper.
