Establishing Scale Advantage - Inner Mongolia Tongliao Base Meihua Group Inner Mongolia Tongliao Base is located in Mulitu Industrial Park, Horqin District, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia. The western project of the base has an investment of nearly 3 billion yuan, and was fully completed in October 2006. It has successively launched amino acid products such as glutamine, threonine, isoleucine, and valine. In 2010, a project in the eastern area of the base with an investment of nearly 5 billion yuan was completed, further extending the industrial chain and expanding the industrial scale. 2. Leading the field of amino acids - Xinjiang Wujiaqu Production Base - Meihua Group's Xinjiang Wujiaqu Base is located in the North Industrial Zone of Wujiaqu City, Urumqi, Xinjiang. With an investment of 6 billion yuan, it began construction in March 2011 and was completed and put into operation at the end of 2012. It produces a total of 400000 tons of various amino acids annually. It is currently one of the amino acid production lines in the world with high resource utilization rate, advanced environmental protection facilities, and complete technical equipment. 3. Creating a model factory - Meihua Group's fully automated seasoning packaging base is located in the Development Zone of Langfang City, Hebei Province. It was completed and put into operation in early 2011, and the entire packaging production line was built using international standards and multiple cutting-edge quality control technologies. With a high degree of automation, it has become an industry model factory. 4. The Jilin Baicheng Production Base, a new driving force for amino acids, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meihua Group invested and constructed in 2017. It is located in the Jilin Baicheng Industrial Park, covering an area of approximately 1.4 million square meters and is constructed in multiple stages. After completion, it can process 3 million tons of corn annually. The first phase of the project is an annual production of 400000 tons of lysine and its supporting projects, with a fixed investment of about 3 billion yuan. After completion, it will become the largest lysine production line in the world. The heating station, starch sugar, water treatment and other sub projects of the first phase of the project will be constructed simultaneously. The total investment in other production supporting service facilities is 210 million yuan, including: office area, logistics area, raw material area, machining area (mainly garage and machine repair workshop). Meihua Group adheres to continuous innovation to continuously create value for customers. The company has an amino acid analysis and testing center, which has passed the laboratory accreditation of the China National Accreditation Commission for Conformity Assessment and is qualified to issue testing reports. It is the first enterprise technology center dedicated to amino acid research and development in Hebei Province.
