| General Introduction | Yaxiang System Integration Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yaxiang Integration) was established in 2002, jointly invested by shareholders such as Taiwan Yaxiang Engineering Co., Ltd., and restructured into a joint-stock company in 2008. On December 30, 2016, it was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange under the stock code 603929. In July 2020, Yaxiang Integration successfully acquired Ronggong Construction Engineering (Chongqing) Co., Ltd.
