| General Introduction | Kunshan Xinlai Clean Applied Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinlai Yingcai") settled in Lujia, Kunshan in 2000, specializing in the production of clean stainless steel pipeline systems and control system equipment core components. During the manufacturing process of semiconductors, a very clean environment is required. Semiconductors need to transport ultrapure gas and use 99.9999% high-purity air to prevent chip contamination. Given the ultra-clean, highly reliable, and corrosion-resistant requirements of semiconductor working environments, the specifications of such pipeline valves are extraordinary, and these products are currently 100% imported. After more than a decade of efforts, the company's products in the semiconductor field have not only passed the certification of world-class semiconductor equipment customers such as American Materials and LamResearch from globally renowned semiconductor application equipment manufacturers. In recent years, with the rise of wafer fab construction in China, the trend of semiconductor localization has become increasingly clear. The company has successfully achieved batch supply to North Huachuang, Zhongwei Semiconductor, SMIC International, Changjiang Storage, and Wuxi Hynix.
