| General Introduction | Jinling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinling Pharmaceutical") was officially established on September 8, 1998. On August 27, 1999, the company issued 80 million A-shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and went public on November 18, 1999 (stock code 000919). In November 1998, Jinling Pharmaceutical was transferred from the Nanjing Military Region to Nanjing City, under the jurisdiction of the Nanjing Municipal State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The current controlling shareholder is Nanjing New Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. The company has two industrial platforms: pharmaceuticals and healthcare. The pharmaceutical sector has a production capacity of nearly a hundred Chinese and Western medicines with well-known products such as Mailuoning Injection and Suliflu. The medical health and wellness section currently holds three comprehensive hospitals and one integrated medical health and wellness project company. Among them, Nanjing Gulou Hospital Group Suqian People's Hospital is a Grade III Grade A hospital, Nanjing Gulou Hospital Group Yizheng Hospital, and Nanjing Gulou Hospital Group Anqing Petrochemical Hospital are Grade II Grade A hospitals; Huzhou Social Welfare Center Development Co., Ltd.
