In December 2007, the company was changed and established as a limited liability company. Since its establishment, the company has focused on the research and development of new high-strength functional glass manufacturing technology and ultra-high voltage transmission and transformation insulation equipment. Its main business is the research and development, production, sales, and related technical services of glass insulators used for insulation and suspension wires on high-voltage, ultra-high voltage, and ultra-high voltage AC and DC transmission and transformation lines. The main products are disc suspension high-strength glass insulators used for insulation and suspension of conductors on high voltage, ultra-high voltage, and ultra-high voltage AC and DC transmission lines. The products have 6 major series (standard type, pollution resistant type, aerodynamic type, ground wire type, DC type, multi umbrella type), more than 50 product types, and more than 90 specifications and models. The line voltage level covers the range of 10kV to 1000kV. Through continuous technological innovation, the company has gradually formed 7 core proprietary technologies in the fields of glass insulation material manufacturing, glass insulator product manufacturing, and glass insulator industrial appearance design. It has obtained 32 utility model and appearance design patents, 1 software copyright, and participated in the construction of 180 national major and key projects and 500kV and above lines. It is one of the few domestic manufacturers with mature production technology for AC and DC ultra-high voltage glass insulators. In September 2007, the company produced the 530 (550) kN glass insulator with the highest mechanical load level in the industry, which is suitable for 1000kV AC ultra-high voltage transmission lines. It was the first to pass the technical appraisal of a new product of this level of glass insulator organized by the China Electric Power Enterprise Federation and was listed as a "2007 National Key New Product" by four ministries including the Ministry of Science and Technology. On September 19, 2008, the company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in the field of new material manufacturing technology. In November 2008, the company's "Industrialization of Tempered Glass Insulators for 1 Million Volt Ultra High Voltage Lines" project was recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as the 2008 National Torch Plan project. In December 2008, the company's technology research and development center was recognized as a "provincial-level high-tech enterprise research and development center" by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology. In August 2011, the company's "R&D and Industrialization of ± 800kV DC Tempered Glass Insulator Project" was recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as the "2011 National Torch Plan Project". In May 2012, the company's "± 800kV DC tempered glass insulator" was listed as a "2012 National Key New Product" by four ministries including the Ministry of Science and Technology. The company has established a comprehensive quality management system based on the ISO9001:2000 quality system standard, which implements standardized management and control throughout the entire process of product design, development, production, sales, and service. On this basis, the company has also established a technical inspection center with a complete set of testing project detection capabilities, as well as advanced testing equipment such as 1200kV lightning impulse generator and 500kV power frequency test transformer.
