| General Introduction | Jiangxi Salt Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JiangxiSaltIndustryGroupCO. LTD"), formerly known as Jiangxi Salt Industry Group Co., Ltd., was a state-owned enterprise established with the approval of the Jiangxi Provincial Government in 2005. In 2014, Jiangyan Group was listed as one of the first batch of pilot units for mixed transformation of provincial enterprises after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. After the mixed reform adopted the divestment of non operating assets, the Jiangxi Provincial State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission invested in evaluated operating assets and introduced four strategic investors, including China Xinda, through capital increase and equity expansion. At the end of 2015, the group completed corporate restructuring and mixed ownership reform, and in 2016, the shareholding reform was completed through a comprehensive change. The registered capital of the company is 482.776079 million yuan, of which Jiangxi Provincial State owned Asset Management (Holdings) Co., Ltd. accounts for 46.92% of the total share capital, Ningbo Xinda Hanshilongji Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) accounts for 20.14% of the total share capital, Xiamen International Trade Investment Co., Ltd. accounts for 8.06% of the total share capital, and Zhongxin Investment Co., Ltd. accounts for 6.71% of the total share capital, Nanchang Jinggangshan Beiqi No.1 Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) accounts for 6.71% of the total share capital, while Jiangyan Group's core backbone shareholding platforms (3) account for 5.24% of the total share capital. As of the end of 2020, Jiangyan Group had a total consolidated assets of 3.64 billion yuan and a net asset of 1.55 billion yuan. As of June 30, 2021, the company currently has 2291 employees. |
