| General Introduction | Jiangsu Jingyan Technology Co., Ltd. (GIAN) was established in 2004 and is a professional manufacturer and solution provider of metal powder injection molding (MIM) products. GIAN provides customers with a large number of high-precision, complex shapes, good performance, and exquisite appearance of various metal material structural components, functional components, and appearance components. It also has the development ability of ceramics and titanium alloys, which can meet the needs of different types of customers. GIAN has invested a large amount of funds and owns both the Shimadzu sintering furnace in Japan and the continuous sintering furnace production line in Germany. Jingyan Transmission Business Unit was established in 2019, specializing in the design and manufacturing of mechanical and electric transmission mechanism products, providing customers with overall transmission system solutions. Since its establishment, it has performed outstandingly in numerous projects, including TWS headphone box shaft, flexible folding screen shaft system, camera lifting system, new energy vehicle charging lock actuator, smart home electric transmission mechanism, medical electric transmission mechanism, etc. The transmission business unit is equipped with professional product performance and durability testing equipment, as well as force distance testing and rotation angle testing instruments for shaft products, life testing equipment, as well as electrical parameter performance testing equipment and silent rooms for electric transmission product testing. It has a complete quality control system. Jingyan (Dongguan) Technology Development Co., Ltd., established in 2016, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Jingyan Technology Co., Ltd., specializing in the research and development of vacuum ion coating equipment for customers; Manufacturing and processing of vacuum coating, precision components, process accessories, and optoelectronic equipment; Sales of mechanical equipment, electronic products, hardware products, plastic products, metal materials and metal targets. Changzhou Boyan Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Jingyan Technology Co., Ltd. Its main business includes assembly, sandblasting, spot welding, tapping, laser engraving, surface grinding, airtightness testing, dimensional inspection, etc. It can independently undertake external business based on the post-processing of supporting products for Jingyan Technology. In recent years, in order to further explore potential overseas markets and customers such as the United States and South Korea, the company has established Jingyan (Hong Kong) Technology Development Co., Ltd., Jingyan in the United States, offices in South Korea, and offices in Germany, actively seeking business opportunities and laying a solid foundation for further expanding overseas markets in the future. In 2021, Jingyan successfully acquired 60% equity of Shenzhen Antexin Technology Co., Ltd.
