| General Introduction | Henan Qingyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qingyuan) was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in the High tech Industrial Development Zone of Jiyuan City, Henan Province. On April 23, 2015, Qingshui was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board under the stock code 300437. As a vice chairman unit of the Industrial Water Treatment Professional Committee of the Chinese Chemical Society and a member unit of the Water Treatment Agent Branch of the National Chemical Standardization Technical Committee, Qingyuan has participated in the formulation and revision of 24 national standards and 45 industry standards, owns more than 100 patents, and exports its products to more than 50 countries and regions. Qingyuan always adheres to the core concept of "being a century old enterprise that benefits society and serves the world", and focuses on the innovative development of the environmental protection industry chain centered on water. It focuses on creating two major business sectors: industrial water treatment (pharmaceutical research and development, production and sales, water cloud tracking intelligent services, and complex industrial wastewater treatment) and ecological environmental protection (municipal engineering, village and town domestic sewage, and ecological restoration and river treatment). (USA), and Jiyuan Siweida Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd Nine wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Henan Shuiyunxun Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. We have carried out industry university research cooperation with Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Tongji University, Zhengzhou University and other universities to gather wisdom, transform achievements, complement each other's advantages and share resources.
