It was the first to introduce the German wooden window system into China and proposed the concept of "aluminum clad wooden windows". For more than 20 years, Senying has always been at the forefront of technological innovation and industrial development, introducing high-end equipment and advanced technology from Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, and selecting precious raw materials globally. While continuously complying with the national green building and building energy conservation policies, Senying has become the first wooden window enterprise in China to be recognized as a "national level technological innovation demonstration enterprise", It is also the first wooden window enterprise in China to pass the certification of the German Passive Housing Institute (PHI) and the fire protection certification of the Japan Building Materials Testing Center. With its self-developed multiple energy-saving window series products suitable for passive buildings, it promotes the development trend of the ultra-low energy building exterior window industry in China and even the world. As of now, Senying has applied for more than 400 national patents, and nearly 20 products have obtained PHI certification. It is a leading wooden window enterprise in China with invention patents and PHI certification. So far, Senying has undertaken nearly a hundred passive building supporting door and window projects in China. Its products have been exported to countries such as the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and have served engineering projects such as Vanke, Evergrande, Poly, Zhonghai, Greentown, and Landsea, as well as demonstration projects such as Qingdao Sino German Ecological Park, Jinwei Passive Building, Zhangjiakou Earthquake Bureau, Manzhouli Customs Office Building, and Nanjing Binjiang Development Zone Management Committee, And it is widely used in high-end hotel projects. Senying is currently establishing two major production bases in Harbin and Nanjing. The Senying Harbin Nangang Factory covers an area of over 30000 square meters. The Harbin Shuangcheng Factory covers a total area of 210000 square meters, including a super energy-saving passive factory. This project was independently developed by Senying Window Industry, and was designed according to passive housing standards by Germany's Rongen Architecture Firm and Harbin Institute of Technology. Professor Wolfgang Feist, the father of passive housing in the world, as well as relevant leaders from the National Ministry of Housing and Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, attended its groundbreaking ceremony, After completion, it was awarded the title of "World's Largest Passive Factory" by Guinness World Records and the certification of the German Passive Housing Institute (PHI). Its supporting office building was also included in the "13th Five Year Plan" national key research and development project "Near zero energy consumption building technology system and key technology development" Near zero energy consumption public building demonstration project. The Senying Nanjing factory is located in the Jiangning Development Zone of Nanjing, with a total planned area of over 150 acres and a construction area of approximately 140000 square meters. The first phase covers an area of 55 acres and has a construction area of approximately 40000 square meters. It was put into operation in July 2020. The factory is divided into an upper and lower layer structure. The first layer mainly consists of a comprehensive wood processing center and an aluminum and wood storage center. The second layer consists of three modules: an aluminum processing center, a finished product manufacturing center, and a cost storage center. In the future, the Nanjing factory will become a comprehensive and integrated world-class energy-saving window flexible intelligent production "intelligent manufacturing base". In 2020, in response to the national call, Senying innovatively proposed the concept of "aluminum clad wood air conditioning windows" and upgraded the product's technical parameters to make energy-saving window products with efficient thermal insulation performance more deeply rooted in people's hearts. Intended to provide more families with a healthy, comfortable, and "green" living environment. No air conditioning, just use Senying aluminum wrapped wooden air conditioning windows. In the future, Senying will focus more on researching and manufacturing aluminum clad wooden air conditioning windows, making more rooms warm in winter and cool in summer.
