| General Introduction | Hainan Haiqi Transportation Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was founded in November 1951 and was listed in July 2016. The business scope includes shuttle passenger transportation, station operation, tourism passenger transportation, customized passenger transportation, rental passenger transportation, charter car business, logistics and express delivery, automobile trade, automobile testing and maintenance, urban and rural public transportation, school bus operation services, cultural tourism, etc. At present, the company has 26 branches, 38 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 6 holding subsidiaries, 2 participating companies, and 3 indirectly holding companies, with over 3500 employees. There are currently 2737 vehicles, including 1512 shuttle buses, 247 tourist buses, 355 taxis, 142 school buses, 135 urban and rural buses, and 346 other operating vehicles. Among them, shuttle buses account for 70% of the provincial shuttle buses. A road passenger transportation network covering 18 cities and counties in Hainan Province (excluding Sansha City) has been established, with 27 bus stations at or above the third level (including 6 first level stations), 456 road passenger transportation routes, and interprovincial passenger transportation routes radiating to 10 provinces and cities across the country. The passenger volume accounts for over 70% of the Hainan provincial passenger transportation market. Haiqi Group is the only road transportation enterprise in China with a provincial-level passenger transportation network. It is one of the top 50 enterprises in road transportation and one of the top 100 enterprises in transportation. It is also a pilot unit for standardization of transportation services in China and a leading enterprise in Hainan's road transportation industry. In July 2021, Haiqi Group was evaluated by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council as a key state-owned enterprise management benchmark and creation action benchmark enterprise, becoming the only provincial-level key state-owned enterprise in Hainan Province to be selected as a benchmark enterprise. Passenger transport brands such as "Haiqi Express" and "Haiqi Business Car" have high visibility, credibility, and reputation in Hainan Province. "Haiqi Express" has also won multiple honors such as "Chinese User Satisfaction Product" and "Top 60 Hainan Iconic Brands". Facing the "14th Five Year Plan" and future development, Haiqi Group is based on a new stage of development, implementing new development concepts, and integrating into the new development pattern.
