In early 2008, with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce, the company was restructured as Jiangsu Xinning Modern Logistics Co., Ltd. In October 2009, the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, abbreviated as Xinning Logistics (stock code: 300013), and was one of the first batch of enterprises to be listed on the ChiNext board. The company has been deeply involved in the logistics industry for more than 20 years, headquartered in Kunshan, Jiangsu, and has service outlets in major cities across the country. The company initially focused on electronic component import and export bonded goods warehousing as its core business, mainly including bonded warehouse management for import and export goods, design and implementation of distribution plans, as well as related comprehensive logistics services such as freight forwarding and import and export customs declaration. Later, it extended to the design and implementation of supply chain integration solutions for other industries such as home appliances and consumer goods.
