| General Introduction | Guizhou Chuanheng Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chuanheng Co., Ltd.) is a private technology based phosphorus chemical enterprise, mainly engaged in the development of phosphorus ore and the deep processing of phosphorus resources. The production base is located in Fuquan City, Guizhou Province, Shifang City, Sichuan Province, and Fusui County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Large phosphorus mines are located in the Weng'an and Fuquan regions of Guizhou Province. Chuanheng Co., Ltd. is committed to promoting the continuous development of the industry through technological innovation. It has been awarded the titles of "National High tech Enterprise", "Top 10 of China's Phosphorus Chemical Industry", and "National 'Green Factory'. It was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2017. Innovation is the soul of Chuanheng; Innovation is also the core competitive ability of Chuanheng. After long-term unremitting efforts, Chuanheng has formed a product cluster with full functionality, good quality, and outstanding comprehensive competitiveness: the star product feed grade calcium dihydrogen phosphate, leading the production technology level in the Asia Pacific region. Its sales have remained at the forefront of the domestic market since 2005, and it holds about 20% of the global market share. Monoammonium phosphate for fire protection has filled the market gap of high-performance monoammonium phosphate for fire protection in China. We have always pursued excellence in product quality. Participated in the development of national or industry quality standards for products such as calcium dihydrogen phosphate, monoammonium phosphate, and ammonium polyphosphate, as well as group standards for technical specifications for phosphogypsum pretreatment. Chuanheng relies on multiple domestic research institutes and builds its own engineering technology research institute, with a strong R&D system and multiple core technologies filling the gap at home and abroad. The semi aqueous wet process phosphoric acid technology was recognized as reaching the "international advanced level" in 2013; In 2019, the modified cementitious material and filling technology of hemihydrate phosphogypsum were recognized as reaching the "international leading level", which simultaneously solved two major industry challenges: phosphogypsum storage pollution and geological disasters caused by mining. Faced with new challenges and opportunities, the people of Chuanheng are focusing on the integrated development of "phosphorus and fluorine" resources in phosphorus ores, transitioning towards new energy materials, and committed to building a "circular economy based on phosphorus but higher than phosphorus". The two "New Mineralization Integrated New Energy Material Recycling Industry Projects" located in Fuquan and Weng'an, Guizhou, and the semi water dihydrate wet process phosphoric acid and deep processing projects in Fusui, Guangxi are gradually under construction. After the completion of the aforementioned projects, the company will form a larger supply capacity of phosphorus concentrate and add products such as wet process commercial phosphoric acid, iron phosphate, wet process purified phosphoric acid, and ammonium sulfate. A new industrial cluster based on feed phosphate, fire phosphate, and fertilizer phosphate is actively developing towards new energy products such as commodity phosphate, purified phosphate, and iron phosphate.
