| General Introduction | Guangzhou Metro Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. was established in June 1993 and is a holding subsidiary of Guangzhou Metro Group. It also holds the qualifications of Comprehensive Engineering Design Class A, Comprehensive Engineering Survey Class A, and Urban Rural Planning Compilation Class A. Its business scope covers planning consulting, survey and design, engineering general contracting, and other fields of urban rail transit, municipal engineering, and construction engineering, sharing strong resources in the construction, operation, and comprehensive development of Guangzhou Metro Group, Leading the industry in engineering performance and design experience, it is one of the strongest enterprises in the comprehensive design of urban rail transit in China. With the strong support of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Government, the Municipal State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and Metro Group, it was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in October 2020 and successfully entered the A-share capital market (stock abbreviation: Metro Design, stock code: 003013). We currently have over 1700 professional and technical talents, with businesses covering more than 40 cities including Guangzhou, Beijing, Tianjin, Nanjing, Xi'an, Chengdu, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Xiamen, and overseas. We have completed China's first subway line with a maximum speed of 120 kilometers per hour, the first linear motor traction subway line, the first intercity subway line, the first unmanned urban passenger automatic transportation line, and the first modern tram line powered by supercapacitors Survey and design of the first 160km/h underground urban express line to achieve subway service level, the first super high-rise subway covered urban complex, and other projects; I have edited or participated in the compilation of over 30 national and industry technical standards, including the "Design Specification for Subway", "Technical Specification for Safety Protection of Urban Rail Transit Structures", and "Design Specification for Linear Motor Traction System of Urban Rail Transit"; Has won over 1000 awards at various levels, including the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the National Environmental Engineering Award, and the National High Quality Engineering Award; With over 450 patented technologies, it is a high-tech enterprise with the most innovative spirit, design vitality, and value-added services in the industry.
