Since its establishment, it has steadily developed. Currently, it has established more than 70 polypropylene FDY production lines, 8 POY production lines, 2 DTY production lines, 12 BCF production lines, and several other production and research and development equipment. In the previous year, various specifications of polypropylene filament were nearly 30000 tons, making it the largest polypropylene filament manufacturer in China with actual production capacity. In view of the characteristics of polypropylene fiber requiring stock solution dyeing spinning, efforts were made to develop the source of color master batch and functional master batch, and functional fibers with various colors of anti-aging, anti ultraviolet, antibacterial, anti-static, temperature change, photosensitive, grafting and chelating were successively developed. At the same time, we continuously strengthen our technological innovation and research and development capabilities, becoming one of the earliest polypropylene fiber manufacturers in China to independently develop melt feeding technology. We also actively cooperate with well-known domestic universities in industry, academia, and research. In the "Research on Key Technologies and Equipment of High Strength Industrial Polypropylene Fiber" project, we were awarded the "Second Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award" by the Shanghai Municipal Government. In 2006, we successfully developed the "High modulus and low shrinkage polypropylene industrial filament" and were recognized as the "National High tech Product of 2008". As of now, we have 12 authorized invention patents and 4 international PCT invention patents. In 2019, the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association led the drafting of three industry standards: "Polypropylene Industrial Filament", "Coarse Denier Polypropylene Fully Drawn Silk", and "Colored Polypropylene Elastic Silk", laying a solid foundation for the development of the national polypropylene industry. At the same time, we also developed polypropylene ultra-fine denier fibers for clothing using the lightweight and thermal insulation properties of polypropylene fibers. We further improved the functionality of the fibers in terms of fiber cross-sectional structure, successfully developed high-efficiency thermal insulation, moisture conductivity, and ultra-fine denier environmentally friendly fibers. In 2012, we registered the Montex MODERNS trademark and applied them in batches to internationally renowned brands of thermal underwear, achieving good economic benefits and widespread industry influence. Due to closely following the industry development trend, the company has carried out in-depth product research and innovation work, continuously deepening close cooperation with upstream and downstream industry chain enterprises. In 2017, the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association awarded our company the honorary title of "National Functional Polypropylene Fiber R&D and Production Base". In 2018, our company successfully hosted the "2018 Polypropylene Branch Annual Conference and High Quality Development Forum for the Polypropylene Industry", a grand banquet in the Chinese chemical fiber industry.
