| General Introduction | The predecessor of Gome Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company or the company) was Zhengzhou Department Store Cultural Goods Company. In September 1989, Zhengzhou Department Store Cultural Goods Co., Ltd. was established based on the merger of Zhengzhou Department Store and Zhengzhou Watch Cultural Goods Company, and the public issuance of stocks. After the company increased its capital and shares in June 1992, it was renamed Zhengzhou Baiwen Co., Ltd. (Group). In April 1996, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company's issued public shares were listed for trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. In 2001, Sanlian Group Company (later renamed Shandong Sanlian Group Co., Ltd.) underwent a major asset and debt restructuring of the company. In August 2003, with the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the company was renamed Sanlian Trading Co., Ltd. In February 2008, Shandong Longji Island Construction Co., Ltd. obtained 27 million shares of the company through bidding, with the actual controller of the company being Huang Guangyu. On June 12, 2017, with the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the company was renamed as Gome Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. Our company's business scope mainly includes the research and development, manufacturing, processing, testing, and sales of mobile communication terminal equipment, mobile phones, computer external equipment, computer network equipment, electronic computer machines, and printed circuit board components; Development, sales, technical consulting, technical services, and technology transfer of computer software and hardware; Network technology services and technical consulting; Sales of hardware and electrical products, electronic products, mechanical equipment, daily necessities, general merchandise, stationery, fitness equipment, furniture, building materials, decorative materials, cooking utensils, computers and accessories, communication equipment, and photography equipment; Home appliance maintenance, installation services, and related technical services; Engaged in import and export business, trade economy, and agency services; Acting for mobile communication sales and service business; House leasing and venue leasing; Recycling of renewable resources; Loading and unloading services; Advertising business. |
