| General Introduction | The predecessor of First Tractor Co., Ltd., First Tractor Manufacturing Factory, was established in 1955. It is one of the 156 national key projects built during the "First Five Year Plan" period in China and is a mega enterprise in the agricultural machinery industry in China. In 1997, China Yituo Group Co., Ltd. restructured its business, assets, liabilities, and personnel related to tractors and underwent a shareholding reform. It established First Tractor Co., Ltd. in accordance with the law and issued H-shares overseas. It was listed in Hong Kong on June 23 of the same year. On August 8, 2012, Yituo Shares was listed for trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, becoming a listed company in the Chinese agricultural machinery industry with an "A+H" share capital platform. The company has been awarded the title of National Advanced Enterprise in Quality Management and has passed certifications such as the Quality Management System ISO9001, Environmental Management System ISO14001, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS18001. The company has a strong production capacity for forgings, mechanical processing, assembly, and testing, with nearly a hundred production lines. The company's leading products cover multiple categories such as the "Dongfanghong" series of tracked tractors, wheeled tractors, diesel engines, harvesting machinery, and specialized vehicles. The company has always maintained a leading position in the domestic market for large wheel trailers and non road power machinery products with its product and technical advantages, and has successfully sold them to more than 140 countries and regions worldwide, making outstanding contributions to China's agricultural machinery industry, agricultural mechanization, and rural revitalization. By creating the "one base, three platforms", the company has become the first and world-class agricultural machinery enterprise in China, and an outstanding agricultural equipment manufacturing service provider. |
