| General Introduction | Foshan Guoxing Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guoxing Optoelectronics") was established in 1969 and is a controlling listed company of Guangsheng Group, a key state-owned enterprise in Guangdong Province (stock code: 002449). It specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of LED and LED application products. It is the first enterprise in China to launch and list with LED as its main business, and also one of the earliest enterprises to produce LED. After 54 years of reform and development, Guoxing Optoelectronics has become the main force in the electronic information sector of Guangsheng Group and a leading enterprise in China's LED packaging industry. We have established multiple national level scientific research platforms, including postdoctoral research workstations, national and local joint engineering laboratories for semiconductor lighting materials and devices.
