| General Introduction | Epuli Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Epuli") was approved by the People's Government of Hunan Province in August 2001. It was founded by the local military enterprise in Hunan Province and the enterprise supervised by the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hunan Province - the Nanling Mountain Chemical Group (state-owned 9625 factory) as the main sponsor. It is an important backbone manufacturer of the national civil blasting equipment industry, and is mainly engaged in the research, development, production, sales, transportation and blasting services of civil blasting equipment and equipment. The Nanling Mountain Civil Explosive Headquarters has nine functional departments, namely, the General Affairs Department, the Planning and Finance Department, the Human Resources and Enterprise Management (Party Committee Cadre) Department, the Securities Legal and Investment Department, the Safety Assurance Department, the Science and Technology Quality Department (Technical Center), the Party Masses Work Department (Trade Union Office), the Supply and Marketing Management (Integration) Department, and the Discipline Inspection (Audit) Department. It has 13 production oriented, business oriented, scientific research oriented and service-oriented subsidiaries (branches) directly under its jurisdiction. The Nanling Mountain has 11 industrial explosive production lines and 4 on-site mixed loading trucks. The existing industrial cable initiating explosive device production capacity is 400 million meters, ranking first in the country; The production capacity of industrial detonators is 178 million rounds, ranking second in the country; The industrial explosive production capacity is 175000 tons, ranking sixth in the country. The product radiates to provinces such as Guizhou, Guangdong, Chongqing, and Xinjiang, making it one of the most diverse and comprehensive enterprises in China's civil explosive industry. The main economic and technical indicators of the civil explosive industry rank among the top in the same industry in the country. The Nanling Mountain civil blasting has more than 10 franchise qualifications, including the production license of civil blasting materials, the export business right of self operated civil blasting products, the first grade qualification of engineering blasting design and construction, the first grade qualification of safety assessment organization, the first grade qualification of engineering construction design, the world manufacturer identification code certificate, and the logistics and transportation business of dangerous explosives. It has more than 100 patents for invention and utility model of production technology of military initiating explosive devices and civil blasting materials.
