| General Introduction | Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. is a Sino foreign joint venture controlled by China Datang Group Corporation. The company was established in 1994 and is the first Chinese enterprise to be listed in London, the first Chinese power enterprise to be listed in Hong Kong, and the first Chinese enterprise to be listed simultaneously in Hong Kong, London, and Shanghai. Datang International is one of the largest independent power generation companies in China, with 27 years of operation and ongoing projects covering 19 provinces and regions across the country. It operates power generation businesses mainly in thermal power, hydropower, wind power, and photovoltaic industries, while also involving coal, transportation, circular economy, and electricity sales. It has grown from a single thermal power generation enterprise to a comprehensive energy listed company that covers multiple fields and industries. As of the end of 2021, the total assets of the company were approximately RMB 295.968 billion, with an installed capacity of 68770.03 MW. Datang International adheres to the requirements of the "dual carbon" goal, with the development direction of achieving green and low-carbon transformation, and the development vision of "green and low-carbon, multi energy complementarity, efficient collaboration, and digital intelligence". In 2021, the total capacity of the Tuodian and Yuxian bases was 3000 megawatts, which was approved by the first batch of large-scale scenic spots in the country. We have achieved optimization and breakthrough progress in the layout of the new energy industry in multiple regions such as Guangdong, Anhui, Jiangxi, and Tianjin, and the company's transformation and development have significantly improved in quality and speed. As of the end of 2021, the company has newly put into production 774.15 MW units, all of which are new energy units. The proportion of low-carbon clean energy in the company has further increased to 30.27%, and the green transformation of the 14th Five Year Plan has achieved a good start.
