| General Introduction | Dalian Zhiyun Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was established on November 29, 1992, formerly known as Dalian Zhiyun Machine Tool Auxiliary Equipment Development Company. In 1999, it was renamed Dalian Zhiyun Machine Tool Auxiliary Equipment Co., Ltd. In 2008, it was restructured into Dalian Zhiyun Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. It was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Growth Enterprise Board on July 28, 2010.
