| General Introduction | Delixi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a backbone enterprise in the Xinjiang road passenger transportation industry and one of the top 100 enterprises in the national road transportation industry. Its predecessor, Xinjiang Passenger Transport Company, was established in the 1950s and is under the jurisdiction of the Transportation Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. In 2000, the former Xinjiang Passenger Transport Company was listed as a pilot unit for the restructuring of transportation system enterprises in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region; On May 28, 2003, Delixi Group, originating from Wenzhou and one of the top 500 private enterprises in China, jointly initiated the establishment and operation of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region State owned Assets Investment and Management Co., Ltd. through industrial capital; Later, on May 28, 2013, the shareholding system transformation was completed, and the enterprise name was officially changed to "Delixi Xinjiang Transportation Group Co., Ltd.". Delixi Xinjiang Transportation Group has strong strength, with assets of over 300 million yuan, mainly engaged in domestic and international road passenger transportation industry and diversified derivative industries - logistics express delivery, refrigerated transportation, vehicle maintenance, warehousing services, etc. In all major social events, I have bravely taken on responsibilities and shouldered the social responsibility of enterprises, and have donated nearly a million yuan in various types of poverty alleviation donations. After more than ten years of accumulated development, it has rapidly grown into a leading enterprise in the road passenger transportation industry of the autonomous region, ranking among the top 100 in the national road transportation industry and ranking first in the road passenger transportation industry of the autonomous region. The safety production work of the group is running well, with a cumulative investment of over 100 million yuan in updating vehicles, adjusting, optimizing, and expanding the vehicle capacity structure. We invested millions of yuan to create the first GPS monitoring platform system for passenger transport enterprises in the capital region of Xinjiang. Fully introduce quality management system certification and standardize management using system standards. Passed the quality and reputation assessment of the Xinjiang road transportation industry management department, and is a first-class standardized enterprise for safety production in transportation enterprises. The three safety indicators are far lower than the standards issued by the Ministry of Transport. The group actively responds to the national energy conservation, emission reduction, green and environmental protection concept of transportation, vigorously promotes the use of CNG buses, invests 168.07 million yuan, purchases and updates 195 CNG large buses for operation, and the enterprise is gradually moving towards the long-term goal of gas buses from traditional buses. The group has five professional passenger transportation branches, one domestic bus station - Urumqi (Nianzigou) Bus Station, and one international bus station. It operates 100 passenger trunk lines and cross provincial passenger transportation routes centered around the capital city of Urumqi, radiating throughout Xinjiang. Urumqi (Nianzigou) long-distance bus station has a long history and superior location. It is a nationally renowned ministerial level civilized first-class station and one of the three major service windows in the capital. The station has standardized service and complete facilities, making it a reliable passenger flow distribution center for passengers. It transports over 4000 passengers per day, with a historical maximum of over 10000. It is one of the largest passenger stations in Xinjiang and has a high reputation. In June 2004, it passed the ISO9000 certification. In July 2007, it was reviewed and evaluated by the China Road Association as one of the "Top 100 National Road Transport Integrity Passenger Stations". In 2009, it was approved by the Xinjiang Department of Transportation as a "four star passenger station". In May 2011, it was rated as a "National High Quality Service Demonstration Station" by the China Road Association's Local Passenger Transport Committee. In June 2011, it was approved as a first-class station by the Xinjiang Department of Transportation. The group also has four holding subsidiaries, namely: 1. Xinjiang Xinde International Transportation Co., Ltd. 2. Dexin Transportation Maintenance Center. 3. Urumqi Delixi Express Co., Ltd. 4. Xinjiang Zhundong Delixi Transportation Co., Ltd.
