(hereinafter referred to as "China XD") is a joint stock limited company established by China XD Group Corporation (formerly "Xi'an Power Machinery Manufacturing Company") in conjunction with Shaanxi Investment Group (Co., Ltd.), China Xinda Asset Management Company, and China Huarong Asset Management Company in April 2008. Its core business is the manufacturing, research and development, and testing of high-voltage, ultra-high voltage, and ultra-high voltage AC/DC transmission and distribution equipment. The leading products of China XD are high-voltage switches (GIS, GCB, isolation switches, grounding switches) with voltage levels of 110kV and above, transformers (power transformers, converter transformers), reactors (smoothing reactors, parallel reactors), power capacitors, transformers (CVT, CT, PT), insulators (power station porcelain products, composite material insulator products), bushings, zinc oxide lightning arresters, DC transmission converter valves, etc. The products of China Xidian have been successively used in China's first 330kV and 550kV high-voltage AC transmission projects, the first 750kV ultra-high voltage AC transmission project, the first ± 100kV DC transmission project, the first ± 500kV ultra-high voltage DC transmission project, the first ± 800kV ultra-high voltage DC transmission project, the first northwest to north China back-to-back DC transmission project, as well as national key engineering projects such as the "Three Gorges Project" and "West to East Power Transmission". Among them, products such as 750kV transformers, reactors, lightning arresters, capacitive voltage transformers, and 800kV isolation switches have been successfully operated in the Northwest 750kV demonstration project. The first 800kV double break tank circuit breaker in China has been put into operation in Yinchuan East Substation. China Xidian has also been the first in China to conduct research and development and technical reserves for AC 1100kV and DC ± 800kV ultra-high voltage products. It has provided 1000kV GIS, reactors, capacitive voltage transformers, lightning arresters, grounding switches, insulators, and other products for the national million volt demonstration line "Jindongnan Nanyang Jingmen Demonstration Project". It has also provided transformers, converter valves, capacitors, and other products for the "Yunnan Guangzhou" ± 800kV ultra-high voltage DC transmission project Lightning arrester and other products.
