| General Introduction | Xintian Green Energy Co., Ltd. was established on February 9, 2010, initiated by shareholders Hebei Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Hebei Construction Investment Water Investment Co., Ltd. On October 13, 2010, our company was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (H-share securities code: 00956). On June 29, 2020, the A-share listing was completed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (A-share securities code: 600956). Our company is a leading clean energy development and utilization company in North China, with two major business segments: wind power/photovoltaic business and natural gas business. Our company is engaged in the planning, development, operation, and power sales of wind farms, and has wind power projects in Hebei, Shanxi, Xinjiang, Shandong, Yunnan, Inner Mongolia, and other regions. Our company relies on Hebei to invest and develop wind power projects nationwide, and actively seeks suitable overseas investment projects. As of December 31, 2022, the installed capacity of the wind power control unit is 5811.85 MW, the managed installed capacity is 6072.45 MW, and the equity installed capacity is 5482.49 MW. Our company's wind power generation in 2022 is 14.031 billion kilowatt hours, with 2485 available hours. Our company owns and operates natural gas transmission and distribution facilities in Hebei Province, and sells natural gas through natural gas distribution channels. As of December 31, 2022, our company has 9 long-distance natural gas pipelines, 21 high-pressure branch pipelines, 32 urban gas projects, 31 distribution stations, 19 gate stations, 6 CNG mother stations, 3 CNG refueling substations, 3 LNG refueling stations, and 2 L-CNG joint stations. In 2022, our company has a natural gas transmission volume of 4.501 billion cubic meters and a gas sales volume of 3.885 billion cubic meters. |
